We offer globally recognised mandatory and advanced STCW courses (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers), fully compliant with regulatory standards and approved by NIMASA.

Chief Executive Officer
Bhuvnesh Dogra has over thirty years of experience in the maritime and shipping industry, with a proven track record in technical operations, asset integrity, and fleet management.
He has worked at leading ship management companies delivering crew management, crew training, quality, safety, environmental management, and reliable marine asset management solutions to stakeholders.
Captain Kersi Nariman Deboo
Head of Training
Captain Kersi Nariman Deboo has 30 years of experience in maritime education and training, including 17 years sailing as a Master Mariner. He has served as Director and Principal of leading maritime training institutions in India. Captain Deboo was a member of the Indian delegation to the IMO and chaired the drafting group for IMO Model Courses. He has also held positions on the Executive Council and shadow committees of the Indian Maritime University, as well as with the Directorate General of Shipping.

Engr Hakeem Olanipekun Oderinde MNSE
General Manager – Institutional Affairs
Engr. Hakeem Olanipekun Oderinde has 20 years of experience in marine surveying, ISM, ISPS, and ISO audits, as well as MLC inspections. Before joining SeaLearn, he worked at NIMASA as Assistant Director in the Quality Assurance Unit and served as a maritime surveyor at the American Bureau of Shipping.
