Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations (TASCO)

The aim of this course is to provide training to Masters, Chief Engineer Officers, Chief Mates, Second Engineer Officers and any person with immediate responsibility for loading, discharging, care in transit, or handling of oil cargoes, tank cleaning or any other cargo-related operations on an oil tanker. The course meets the requirements of Regulation V/1-1 of the STCW convention and covers the competency requirements as given in the table under section A- V/1-1-2 of the STCW code of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. The Course is designed and delivered as per IMO Model Course 1.02.
Eligible Documents : Valid COC, Seaman’s discharge book, International Passport, 2 passport photos.

Advanced Training for Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations (CHEMCO)

The aim of this course is to provide training to Masters, Chief Engineer Officers, Chief Mates, Second Engineer Officers and any person with immediate responsibility for loading, discharging, care in transit, or handling of chemical cargoes, tank cleaning or any other cargo- related operation on a chemical tanker. The course meets the requirements of Regulation V/1-1 of the STCW Convention and covers the competence requirements as given in the table under section A-V/1-1-3 of the STCW Code of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, The Course is designed and delivered as per IMO Model Course 1.03.

Advanced Training for Ships using Fuels covered within the IGF Code (AIGF)

The SeaLearn IGF Code Training Course is designed to meet the mandatory certification requirements for masters, deck officers, engineer officers, and other shipboard personnel directly responsible for handling and operating fuels and fuel systems on vessels subject to the IGF Code.

This program is fully aligned with Regulation A-V/3 and Section A-V/3-2 of the STCW Convention, 1978 (as amended). It provides participants with the essential knowledge and competencies needed to safely manage operations involving gases and other low-flashpoint fuels. The IGF Code was developed to safeguard vessels, crew, and the marine environment by addressing the unique risks associated with these fuels. All ships operating engines on gas or low-flashpoint liquid fuels must comply with the safety and operational standards established under this code.
