Advanced Fire Fighting
Advanced Fire Fighting, as defined by the STCW Convention and IMO Model Course 2.03, is a mandatory training program for seafarers focused on fire safety, fire-fighting organization, and advanced techniques for controlling and extinguishing fires on board ships. It builds upon the foundational knowledge of Basic Fire Fighting and equips personnel with the skills to manage fire emergencies effectively.
ECDIS
This simulator course enables seafarers to get the required knowledge, competence & skill to become a 2nd Officer onboard a Foreign Going (FG) Vessel after clearing MMD Exams. This course, along with other courses, is mandatory for deck cadets aspiring to appear for 2nd Mate FG Examinations at MMDs after completing their sea service. Generic ECDIS course is run as per the guidelines of IMO Model course 1.27 (revised in 2012) and gives the officers knowledge and practice on the operational use of Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) equipment in accordance with the requirements of the STCW convention 78 as amended in 2010.

Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations
Advanced Training for Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations
The aim of this course is to provide training to Masters, Chief Engineer Officers, Chief Mates, Second Engineer Officers and any person with immediate responsibility for loading, discharging, care in transit, or handling of chemical cargoes, tank cleaning or any other cargo related operation on a chemical tanker. The course meets the requirements of Regulation V/1-1 of the STCW Convention and covers the competence requirements as given in the table under section A- V/1-1-3 of the STCW Code of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, as amended.

GMDSS Course
This simulator course enables an individual to acquire the required knowledge, competence, and skill to operate a GMDSS system used when a ship is in distress for communication and relaying distress messages. This course (including exams) is mandatory for Deck Cadets appearing for their 2nd Mate FG Exams at MMDs. GMDSS (GOC) course covers the mandatory minimum requirement for certification of GMDSS operator as specified in Section A-IV/2 of the STCW 1995 code.
RADAR, ARPA & Navigation Simulator Course
Radar Navigation, Radar Plotting and Use of ARPA – Radar Navigation at Operational Level
Based on IMO Model Course 1.07
The trainee will understand the dangers of over-reliance on the automatic acquisition and tracking of targets and on operational alarms; will also be aware of the performance standards set out in IMO resolutions on radar performances, and factors (including errors from sensor inputs) which may affect the accuracy of received information; and will realise the need to check the accuracy of inputs and the correct functioning of the radar.
