Basic Training for Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations
The BTOCTCO course provides essential knowledge for seafarers handling oil and chemical cargoes, focusing on safe operations, pollution prevention, and emergency response in accordance with STCW Regulation V/1-1 and Section A-V/1-1-1.
This comprehensive course covers tanker construction, cargo properties, safety procedures, fire safety, pollution prevention, and legal obligations, ensuring participants meet the competence requirements prior joining oil and chemical tankers.
